Are there any hidden fees?
We are always open about our pricing. The only "hidden" fee is one we always share which is about the text & email expenses. To make pay per review, free trials, and simple pricing possible at Review Harvest we rebill the text and email expenses to you directly. We do not make any money on these expenses these are our hard costs that we can't do anything about. Our customers are very understanding of these since it is less that £5/month for most clients depending on customer volume.
Can I get a free trial?
We offer a 14 day free trial for all of our customers, so you can see if it's a good fit for your Business.
Am I tied into a contract?
Absolutely not! You can cancel your plan with us anytime you like!
What happens if a customer leaves a negative review?
Responding to your negative reviews is our no.1 priority. While we try every effort to ensure your Business does not receive negative reviews, sometimes it's something you can't avoid.
Do I need to respond to all my reviews?
No! We respond to all your reviews on your behalf. We use a state of the art AI responder which gives a personalised response to all of your reviews.
How many reviews can I expect to collect?
The amount of reviews you can expect will vary on a Business by Business basis. Busier Businesses can expect more reviews. However, every review matters!
